All German language courses (A1, A2, B1, Fastrack bundles), Ausbildung preparation programs, and Chancenkarte guidance materials are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment:

• You will receive instant access to the course platform via your registered email.
• Login credentials and course access links are sent within minutes of purchase.
• No physical shipping is required for digital products.

2. Access Confirmation

After your purchase is confirmed, you will receive:

• A confirmation email with your order details
• Login instructions for the Globio learning platform at www.course.globio.ai/en/login
• An email from our team with onboarding information

3. Physical Materials (If Applicable)

In rare cases where physical study materials, certificates, or merchandise are offered:

• Delivery within India: Shipped within 5–7 business days via standard courier.
• International delivery: Shipped within 10–15 business days. International shipping charges may apply.
• Tracking details will be shared via email once dispatched.
